Godzilla and King Kong will soon be back in theaters and for the occasion Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures have released an official synopsis of Godzilla vs. Kong 2a plot that anticipates many explosive details of the afterplus a first shot straight from the set that just beat the first take.
The snap, posted by Erik Davis, shows the director at work Adam Wingardalready behind the camera for the first chapter and back on the set of the franchise’s new feature film Monsterverse. The caption/social copy reads: Adam Wingard is officially back on set to direct the #GodzillaVsKong sequel, starring Rebecca Hall, Brian Tyree Henry, Kaylee Hottle, Dan Stevens And Fala Chen. This is the first behind the scenes photo. Production is ongoing now. The film will be released on March 15, 2024.

The screenwriters involved are Terry Rossio (the saga of Pirates of the Caribbean), Jeremy Slater (the Marvel series Moon Knight) And Simon Barrette, while on-location filming will take place in Queensland, Australia. In the casting, in addition to the aforementioned Rebecca Hall (interpreter of Illene Andrews), Brian Tyree Henry (Bernie Hayes) and Kaylee Hottle (Jia) and the new entries Dan Stevens and Fala Chen, also the new transplants Alex Ferns and Rachel House.
